The twins arrived in Budapest on Jan. 5 to undergo a special surgery, the second in a series of three serious interventions.

"The first intervention, separating the different blood vessels, took place in two steps in Bangladesh last February and August," the university explained. "The second intervention was the present plastic surgery," the university said.

"Finally, the third and last operation will be the physical separation of the cranial bones," which will be performed by a team of doctors under the supervision of renowned Hungarian neurosurgeon Dr. Andras Csokay at an as yet undisclosed location.
